At RCR, we believe shipping and returns should be clear, fast and hassle-free. Just like our products, the process behind them is built for reliability and efficiency.


Shipping

All orders are shipped via DHL, ensuring fast and dependable delivery.

Orders placed on business days are dispatched the same day whenever possible. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery step by step.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your country and delivery address. This ensures you always see the correct shipping rate before completing your order.

During pre-order periods, shipping times may differ slightly. In those cases, the expected dispatch window is clearly communicated on the product page. Pre-orders are shipped as soon as production is completed and the products are ready for dispatch.


Returns

We want you to be confident in every RCR product you order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of a defect or an error on our side.


Pre-Orders & Refunds

For pre-order items, your payment is only finalized if the minimum production threshold is reached.
If a pre-order does not go into production, all payments are automatically refunded in full.

This ensures a transparent and risk-free pre-order process.
